A Solero blend of aged vintage fortified that has been aged in 150 year old wine barrels.

Gorgeous tawny colour. It got a mixture of spicy woody aromas and rancio notes. On the palate starts its complexity with ripe fruit and aged spirit with a great depth of character. Quite alcoholic.

It’s strange to take this as Pinot Grigio. More like Chardonnay. It’s like tasting a hybrid Chardonnay… The beautiful honey color in glass.

A dry Vermentino from Hunter Valley(St.Vernay vineyard). "Hand harvested and wild fermented with natural yeast in older barrique." With lime, green apple and saline aroma. Lime and lemon zest taste with a soft nutty finish. A refeshing wine, good for the summer! Alc.: 12.0% (3,6 Stars)

Very fruity and not too dry or sweet. Excellent drop for a warm summers afternoon.

Fruity yet buttery, smooth finish

Really enjoyed this, not crazy sweet, but great notes of honey, apricot but still retaining some classic citrus.

Fortified Shiraz, 18% vol. Porto nose, fresh green and full of red berries, caramel, ripe apple and vanilla with chocolate. Sweet, high acidity, easy and soft taste, middle body, really pleasant, very good one and lingering finish.

Present as quite a heavy deep red wine with Mushroom nodes on the nose and strawberries and cherry characters on the palate.

Very easy drinking fruity rose. Strawberries and raspberries flavours dominate. Good acidity and well balanced. Great for salads.
