The colour has the slightest pink note showing, but it tends more to the bronze. The exact grape varieties are not revealed but one assumes, from colour and flavour, at least some involvement from red varieties.

3.8 Well balanced Brut Champagne. Toast aroma's with citrus and grapefruit. Even a bit of hay on the nose. Concentrated mid section in which the fresh fruit comes to live. Good finish. I enjoyed it!

Fruity and floral and not dry at all. A bit sweet for my taste but still a very decent Rose for warm summer days. An excellent sangiovese rosé. Light and dry with enough body to fill your mouth.

Hint of strawberry, refreshing, no bite. Lightly sparkled, very smooth and not sickly sweet.

Honey, maple syrup, raisins, dried apricot, sultanas. Medium bodied but still a decadent after dinner treat. Would pair very well with stewed apple or apple crumble. Some vanilla and brown sugar notes with baking spices on the finish.
